5. Returns & Refunds

6. Warranty

All ROOXIS products include the following warranty coverage:

1-Year Replacement Warranty

Every ROOXIS product is covered by a 12-month manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. If your product is found to be defective within the warranty period, we will provide a free replacement.

Accidental Damage Protection

In addition to the standard warranty, ROOXIS offers accidental damage protection during the warranty period. If your product is damaged due to accidental drops, spills, or power surges, contact us for a replacement at no cost.

To make a warranty claim:

  2. Include photos of the product and any visible damage if applicable.

The warranty does not cover:
