By accessing this website or purchasing any product from Rooxis Technologies LLC (“Rooxis”), you agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that all information is error-free. In the case of inaccuracies, we reserve the right to correct and cancel orders.

3. Orders & Payments

All payments must be completed at the time of checkout. Orders are processed upon successful payment. We accept major credit/debit cards and online payment methods.

4. Shipping

Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days. Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier availability. Rooxis is not responsible for delays caused by external shipping partners.

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 10-day return window from the date of delivery. If 10 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging. To initiate a return, contact our support team at support@rooxis.com.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

6. Warranty

Our routers and extenders include a 1-Year Replacement & Accidental Warranty. This covers manufacturing defects and accidental damage under reasonable use. Intentional damage or unauthorized modifications void the warranty.

7. Limitation of Liability

Rooxis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes arising shall be resolved in accordance with local jurisdiction.
