Setting up your ROOXIS AC1200 router is quick and easy. Connect the router to your modem using the included Ethernet cable, power it on, and connect to the default WiFi network printed on the label. Open a web browser and follow the setup wizard to configure your network name, password, and settings. The whole process takes under 10 minutes. For detailed steps, check our Router Setup Guide.

The ROOXIS AC1200 WiFi Extender can be set up in two ways. The easiest method is WPS: press the WPS button on your router, then press the WPS button on the extender within 2 minutes. The devices will automatically pair. Alternatively, connect to the extender's setup network and use the web interface to select your home WiFi. For the best signal, place the extender halfway between your router and the dead zone. See our Extender Setup Guide for full instructions.

Download the camera app (linked in the product manual), create an account, and tap "Add Device." Power on the camera and scan the QR code displayed in the app. Connect the camera to your 2.4GHz WiFi network, choose a mounting location, and secure the camera using the included bracket and screws. All ROOXIS products come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If you experience an issue within the warranty period, contact us at support@rooxis.com with your Amazon order number and a description of the problem. We will work with you to troubleshoot, replace, or refund your product. Products purchased through Amazon are also covered by Amazon's standard return policy for the first 30 days.

Several factors can affect WiFi speed. First, make sure you are connected to the 5GHz band for faster speeds (the 2.4GHz band has better range but lower speeds). Place your router in a central, elevated location away from walls, microwaves, and other electronics. Reduce interference by changing the WiFi channel in router settings.
